What data is processed

  1. Technical browsing data. Like any website, the server hosting Florario records technical data about each visit (IP address, browser, requested page, date and time) to serve the page and for security. We don’t use it to identify you or to build profiles.
  2. Saved dates. If you mark dates with the heart (“Save”), the list is stored only in your browser using local storage (localStorage). It is never sent to any server and you can delete it by clearing the site data in your browser.
  3. Emails you send us. If you write to us, we will use your address and your message only to reply to you.

Florario does not use cookies, its own or third-party, for analytics or advertising, and has no sign-up forms.

Third-party services

  • Hosting: the website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA), which processes technical browsing data as a data processor. Vercel participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Fonts: the website’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google LLC). When this happens, your browser sends your IP address to Google. Google states that it does not use that data for advertising.
  • External links: some buttons lead to TikTok, Google Calendar or the media outlets cited as sources. When you open them, those sites’ privacy policies apply.
  • Reminders (.ics): calendar files are downloaded to your device; we don’t know who downloads them and we collect no data when you do.

Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website available and secure, and is kept for as long as the hosting provider determines for those purposes. Emails are processed with your consent when you write to us and are kept for as long as the conversation lasts and, at most, one year afterwards.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to abeniacamarahector@gmail.com. If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
