In September 2021 TikTok revived the song to welcome spring, and since September 21 was already Spring Day and Students’ Day in Argentina, with picnics in the parks, the idea fit perfectly. In Argentina the seasons are the reverse of Europe’s. Spring arrives in September with freesias, tulips, ranunculus and lilacs; October and November bring roses, lilies and peonies; summer, from December to February, is the season of hydrangeas (very Christmassy there), agapanthus and sunflowers; and autumn, from March to May, belongs to dahlias and chrysanthemums.
